They have been extremely open to the requests Jamie has had. Moreover I have never seen an outdoor job site that didn’t have a radio going. Having a two year old that naps has made this worth its weight in gold. At the end of each day all gates have been secured and as much clean up as possible.

NCLC has been an absolute blessing.
You may be able to find cheaper but not as capable and/or perfect.

You know something is right and good when the whole neighborhood is exclaiming that your lawn in beautiful. While I have knowledge of many areas of horticulture, turf is not one of them, and we inherited a horrible lawn when we moved to our new home. I realized after a month of trying to get a handle on it that I needed more help. After talking with some folks in the area, and a couple of other services, we called NCLC. After visiting and site review, we set up a lawn rejuvenation program and after 3 or 4 months, our lawn is spectacular. Going forward we have decided to do an annual program to maintain it. The staff are responsive, honest, forthcoming, and good listeners. The field crews are experienced, hard working, and friendly. The office staff were patient as I worked through a hundred questions. I highly recommend NCLC.

Omg!! Is all I say when I look at my beautiful yard at my home after Kevin Wiebe and North County Lawn Care totally took it over and made it look incredible with new plants and the way they laid all the plants out and it’s like a magazine!! They came in and added sod to my yard and it is incredible!!! I can’t believe I live at this house !! Kevin came by to quote me on a project that I didn't know how to manage. I had a collection of trees that had been planted for slope stabilization, and some "volunteers' and out of control shrubs and weeds. I hadn't been sure which were good and which were problems. It turns out that one of my stabilizing trees had been shaded out and died because of my inaction. Not only was Kevin knowledgeable, he was able to trim everything properly, that afternoon, at the price we agreed on. And not only is the view improved, but the trees were saved. I am very grateful that we caught it before the remaining stabilizing trees were damaged. I could not be happier with the result.

Above and beyond - that's the short of it. During the height of the busy season I requested a quote for installing a new front yard for our newly-constructed home. The front yard portion is close to 15,000 sf, so not a small job. Not only was their price very competitive to the other bids we received, but they agreed to a small fee increase for a "rush" job. Their crew came out in the evening and VERY early morning to get the job done within a few days. They worked the odd hours so as to not affect service to their other clients who were already scheduled. Not only that, but they did an outstanding job of completely transforming our front yard. Their bid was a little short on the amount of dirt we needed, so they added another 20 yards free of cost instead of just shortening the area we wanted installed. Outstanding. As a business owner myself, I know the value of maintaining good client relationships. They worked very hard to keep their current clients happy, as well as working extra hours in order to gain a new client. That's how you run a good business model. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding - we will return for all our lawn care services. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to get at least 3 bids, but make sure you factor-in the quality and level of service you will receive.
